“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“The check in at this property was quick and easy. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The surprise upon checking out was that the owner saved the hot breakfast burritos for us, realizing we didn't make it for the continental breakfast accompanied by the fresh, hot and delicious egg burritos. Very thoughtful and a personalized feel to the stay!!”

“No complaints here. Did have our keys stop working at one point. Despite saying how cards, keys, and heat could affect key cards, it doesn’t happen everywhere. But overall this was a pretty good place. Definitely the most spacious room on our road trip. Breakfast was okay but the service at the restaurant was non existent.”
