“This is one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. Highly recommended. Everything was great—clean, safe, comfortable bed, and a very good breakfast. Excellent overall.”

“We had to report bugs and roaches in our room. The staff was nice but we had to use our own money to wash our sheets. Everywhere was sold out for sports tournament but management needs to atleast keep a c rated in cleanliness. ”

“There’s low frequency noise from the electric room. Can barely sleep during the nigh. After investigation with the engineer team, they find me room to switch. It seems to be an unfixable problem and the only solution is to find a room far away the electric room which are very few available. Very good services from the front desk. ”

“Hotel is nice. Air conditioner runs loud and ice machine was only at front desk and jacuzzi was not available. However, staff is attentive and kind. Beds are great and water pressure in shower was the best and the pool is lovely. Continental breakfast in the morning was gooo, too. Once the hotel fixes the items I mentioned it will be top notch and get 5 stars.”
