“I have stayed at The Casso 3 times. It is very comfortable and easy in every way. The staff are all friendly and accommodating.”

The freezer also would make a very loud obnoxious noise, you had to tap on it to get it to stop and it would happen all hours of the night! Also hair was found in the bed sheets and the bathroom countertops. That to me isn’t very clean and concerning!”

“we had to moved to 3 rooms with in 2 days. the heat did not work and the first night we froze as if we were outside. They were having trouble with the heat. We moved rooms the next morning to a room that heat did not work. later that night we asked to be moved and that evening we were moved to a room that had heat.”
