“We participated in the Dallas Arboretum Artscape Art Show and this hotel was only about 10-15 minutes from there, so the location was great. Pros: The hotel looked fairly new, so it was clean and orderly. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and there was a microwave & frig in the room that I didn't realize was available. “Unable to give a review about the property because we were unable to use it because we never received the secure link we were supposed to get and when we arrived we were unable get ahold of anyone to get assistance to get in. If you call the number listed (972)513-8529 it will either go straight to v/m and it's uncertain whether you will be able to leave a message or not. Expedia itself has not been helpful either with this so I'll probably not be booking through them anymore.”
