“The hotel was great, staff, decor and rooms were wonderful. Our only complaint is no "free" breakfast. For the price we paid for the room we shouldve been offered at least a continental. We had to pay over $40 for two coffees and avocado toast. Just because it was a "nicer" hotel doesnt mean the guests should pay those prices for food.”

“Loved the location and surroundings. Did not like the additional $10.00 daily "parking" charge. Bad surprise. I have never heard of such a charge for a hotel in a suburban location with large lots. When pricing the place, the additional "parking charge" seemed like a bait and switch. Not a good look in my opinion. ”

My initial room did have a termite infestation, that we didn’t find out until we were already in there almost settled in the room, but the front desk concierge did give us another room once we made notice. Service was mediocre, because we asked for a water and they acted like they couldn’t give us any. Even after our initial room experience. ”
