“Hotel is currently being renovated. Hotel room on the 4th floor was renovated and in pristine shape. Great stay in a good location. We have stayed here several time and is always a great place to stay. ”

“Great location. However our room toilet wasn't clean and the neighbors next door were very noisy even after being told by staff to lower the noise. Not sure if we will stay here again. The hot tub was okay, the water was room temperature. I will say everytime we called the front desk which was over 3 times Aniyah I believe is her name went above and beyond even apologizing. She made this staycation a lot better for sure. This young lady was very professional, punctual and did it with a smile.”

“Absolutely fantastic space!! Happy hour and shared space was delightful! Gorgeous interior. Spotless and cozy. The owner greeted us and gave us a tour. He also allowed a very early check-in. Our master bedroom was a dream. Beautiful furniture and a stunning bathroom! We will definitely book the space every time we visit Richmond. ”

“I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and no carpet was big bonus!! The hotel is new. However, eating area of breakfast was unavailable due to a water issue. The pool was not open until Memorial Day and it was 80 degrees outside my kids were disappointed. Overall, my stay was good. ”

“Loved the location and surroundings. Did not like the additional $10.00 daily "parking" charge. Bad surprise. I have never heard of such a charge for a hotel in a suburban location with large lots. When pricing the place, the additional "parking charge" seemed like a bait and switch. Not a good look in my opinion. ”
