“The only issue we had was with how outdated the rooms were. The breakfast was a little meager but acceptable. Our daughter loved the water park which will probably bring us back. Please update the room!”

“The hotel was beautiful, the staff was top notch. The only issues we had was we booked a 2 queen room and the first room had a king. Then when we were given the correct room they didn’t switch it in their computer so we had maintenance walk into our room in the middle of the night. Lastly, I couldn’t find an ice machine anywhere.”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”
