“good location, as well as good service”

“We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. There’s nothing bad I can say about the property excellent value for money to stay in the city centre with this spec I feel it would……

“the room is good, cleaning is good. just the bathroom has a strong smoking smell. To a non smoker like me, it is very irritant. i kept cough when i go in. And the water kettle is broken in my room, i whatsapped the person (as there are jo one on site) but it just told me they will pass it to the operation team. Btw, the location is almost the best too.”

“They name the hotel as an airport hotel but it is actually far from the airport. It is just like a cargo hotel in the middle of highway... They claim on their website that they provide airport shuttle to and from airport. Turns out there is only hotel to airport service and costs you €15.5 which is more expensive than uber. The environment near hotel is very creepy. No restaurants nearby. If u stay in this hotel, prepare for reli expensive taxi fares and not going out at all times.”

“The lobby was nicely cleaned and I thought the rooms would be in similar standard. However, there were strings of hair on the bed when I first received the room, and the furnitures are quite old or damaged. I also found mold in the bathroom and closet, which is the most unacceptable spec for me. P.S. My friend said that the wifi did not work properly in his room too. ”

“房間滿乾淨的，員工服務很好，電車走路2分鐘可到，到市區15分鐘，沒有洗漱用品，沒有冰箱，沒有瓶裝水，隔音很差很差，有時會聞到屎臭味，可能是水管通路老舊，冷氣不會冷，開16度還是很熱，需要開窗戶通風，一晚4000多不含早餐算滿貴的，這樣價錢應該能選更好的飯店”

“I got a big room with both upperdeck and lower deck on 5/F. First, there are no lift to go to 5/F directly, you need to go 4/F and then go upstairs by stairs. If you hav a heavy luggage, it is inconvenient. And i found some insects on my bed after raining. ”
