“The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.”

“Great location to Market Hall, hotel was nice, quiet and for the most part clean, a few "age" spots in the bathroom but nothing major. No recycling containers and coffee only out during breakfast hours.”

“The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. I also appreciated the free breakfast with plenty of options, and the location was perfect—close to the airport and downtown attractions.
