“Nice locale just off the Lower Greenville strip. Good beds, nice area to relax. Fridge is a bit wonky and there were some ants but I told owner about it so hopefully taken care of by now! Beware, the garage can fit a car but will not fit a truck. My double cab Tacoma had no chance of fitting. Street parking is easy enough though. As advertised.”

“The house was great! Big enough for our family and having a pool made it that much better. Located in very nice part of town with easy access to interstate and shopping. I would recommend staying here to anyone. ”

“Our group of 8 travels to a NASCAR race each year. We were very impressed with the Cozy Lakefront location. The home & the setting is very nice, plenty of room for 5 adults. The whole place was very clean, everything needed to make meals was available, beds were very comfortable. Only negatives would be that the shower water pressure is very low, & there are some rundown neighborhoods just outside where the home sits. We by no means felt unsafe. “Great place to stay for event at ATT stadium. Walking distance to stadium and to several food choices. Only issue would be one of the bathrooms had a sink that was clogged. And back yard deck was a little messy with leaves and such. But overall good experience. Would book again. ”
