“HORRIBLE never going backStacyAnn Carter knew we wanted to check in a little early. We were all going to a wedding in Waxahachie at 5:00. About 20- minutes away. She messaged me Friday AM that they had someone rent for 1 nigh. It all depended on what time the house would be cleaned and ready. We all arrived together around 3:50. She still had not sent me the door code. So, I called her. The housekeeper was still there drying towels, and we could get in around 4:10. The housekeeper’s car was……

“Terrible experience. I Would never recommend a place like this to anyone. I felt unsafe and people were so loud at night, I had to come out and ask them to keep it quiet, very unprofessional,. they were people outside, talking very loud and drinking past 10pm. Beware bedroom doors don’t lock from inside and sheets and towels are dirty, they smelled like mildew and saliva. The bed had either crumbs or dirt particles.”

“Very nice clean and loved the look of the property not as formal as I would have liked it to be felt a little to much like I was visiting a freinds house instead of staying somewhere but was an absolute great place to stay in the end 10/10 planning on the same place for next year when I come down”

“We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay……

“Me and the girls came to Dallas for a one night trip for a concert. Loved that this place was so close to Dos Equis Pavillion and Deep Ellum. House was clean, smelled nice and held true to the pictures. Hot water came quick and didn’t run out for the four of us(if that’s a big deal for you haha). Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Thank you for this stay!”

Aj was very respectful and understanding and remember communicating is always key…but over all the home was nice it had all the essentials we needed and some .Thank You Aj for great home experience ”
