“We wanted a place for family coming from out of town to gather to celebrate a birthday. I found this listing and it was perfect. The location was central to all our needs. Just as stated in the description, everything was advertised. Awesomeness appointment. ”

“First thing we noticed, the house was very clean. The house was more than spacious for 4 couples & 2 children (10 total). The beds were very comfortable. 4 total bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Our 2 rental cars had enough room in the back parking lot. But, be careful and take your time going up & down the ramp. Only a few blocks from a very nice restaurant artsy area, which we went often. Communication with the owner was outstanding, as you could tell he really cares about his property and the……

“The place looked just as it was advertised, full of pretty Boho furnishings and plants. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Would stay again!”

“The house is large, lots of beds for a family of 13. Ages 1 to 64. The house is centrally located for the DFW area attractions that appeal to a family on Spring Break. Excellent response time with the owner when it was needed. The pool was cold. One grandson braved a quick pool plunge. The hot tub was great. The cover was split. Unfortunately, the Texas sun does that to tub covers. We would definitely choose this property again if the need arrives. ”

“There was an issue with cleaning but the owner came in and cleaned up the mess from previous occupants and was very quick to resolve issue. Pool was cold but it’s spring so it’s understandable it is not a heated pool. 6 min from a Lyn Creek park and Joe Pool Lake very nice place to go and enjoy a nice day. ”

“We came to Arlington to have a baseball weekend watching the Rangers at nearby Globe Life Field. The unit was perfect for our needs, close to the park ( and AT&T Stadium too), clean, ample size and in a quiet neighborhood. Christa was great to deal with and accommodated our needs. Really had a nice stay, would stay again.”
