“Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay, conveniently located near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. I appreciated the high level of security, as an access code was required to enter the building. We were able to walk to the convention center each day, which was very convenient. However, be aware that there were some homeless people around the building.”

“We were there for a volleyball tournament. About a five minute walk to the convention center. Great central location and a ten minute walk to the Farmer’s market, restaurants, and the Marketpkace. It is also only a 20 minute walk to the JFK Memorial sights.One thing we noticed was the entire building had what we felt was a mothball smell. Very obvious as we entered daily. Not just the apartment, but the building.”
