“Very clean room and a very welcoming staff at the front desk. I was surprised that this hotel has a full kitchen, which meant at breakfast time that the staff took away our dirty plates great service and we will be back again. Next time we are in the area!”

“The lady at the front desk (which happens to be from Kansas City as well) was awesome! She gave us restaurant suggestions and was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and YES, they have cable! Check out was easy as well! ”

“Only downside is how hard it is to get to when the mall is open. We spent 15 min waiting to get to the 4 way stop to turn onto the road for the property. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby smelled amazing. Not something I would have thought about there is just something relaxing about walking in to a hotel that smells good and not like cleaner.”

“Check in was ok. Room was great, shower good, comfortable bed. Breakfast was SUB PAR. Out of egss, potatoes cold. Staff just walking around on her phone. Really need to review their breakfast options. Holiday inn express typically much better breakfast”
