“The door was very sticky, hard to open or the key just didn’t work at all. Spent most of our time away from the hotel so it was just a minor inconvenience. Did have to ask for more towels and garbage bags ”

“Excellent check-in and customer service. The sleep number beds were not the most comfortable. Apparently they didn’t have my number. Room was very nice. ”

“It was late that night when we arrived, but the front desk was very patient and professional when checking in. After we checked in, the front desk staff made a phone return visit. Maybe there was a big party that day and the elevator was a little dirty. But we were very impressed by the service at the front desk. The location of the hotel is good, easy to access the west Edmonton mall or the Premium Outlet Collection Mall.”

“I was placed in a room directly above the bar which played music until 11 pm. Had I known in advance there would be loud music until that late I would have asked for a different room at check in”

“I have to say price is ok for what you get, access to the west side and hotel is nice with lots of shopping around. Staff has always been gret, the restraunt is excellent and super friendly people. Would be nice to have some kind of breakfast included somewhere for the price as other hotels do, self serve. security is great in evenings locked doors. parking,lots and not close to crap the city has cause its far enough out. ”

“Overall it is 4.5 stars here. Nice hot tub jets, great breakfast options and very nice staff. Especially the nice gal who works the day shift! Pretty loud though at times but not their fault! All depends on other selfish inconsiderate guests! 1st night I got little sleep due to some crazy nuts at 5 am going in and out and in and out of their rooms so many freakin' times and bang bang bang! Could not get back to sleep as it continued for quite some time. I already was kept up too before that……

“This hotel was terrific. It is quite new and clean and quiet for a great sleep. Good breakfast with a nice little pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff. It is 5 minutes from the outlet stores, close to south Edmonton and the beautiful gardens in Devon. It was a fantastic price and we will stay here again. ”
