“I am giving this stay 4 stars (really 3.5) because the worst part about the stay was the check in. We arrived around 4:15pm or 4:20pm check in was at 3pm. I was told that they did not have a room available for me and my mother and that the wait may be approximately an hour. It was also shared that when I book through a 3rd party instead of through the direct website or be a rewards member that 3rd party bookings usually do not take priority over the aforementioned. I was confused at this……

“The front desk area was terrible. I walked up to the "Front" desk, but since we were checked in to Hilton Gardens Inn, we were directed to go around to the "Back" desk? And, that person could not help us, because the person at the "Front" desk was "entering all the rooms" into their computers? I was told to "wait a minute, and step to the side", meanwhile a line formed and they were all helped and were able to check in, ahead of me? The front desk person continued to look over at me, but kept……

“Arrived Friday afternoon & was greater at the front desk by Stephanie. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. When our daughter’s flight got cancelled, she helped us with arrangements. She went above and beyond her duties to help us at every turn. She has an infectious smile and a very welcoming manner. Our room was extremely comfortably, great beds, solid shower & water pressure and good lighting. The “breakfast” was a bit lacking, but plenty of choices walking distance from the……

“It Was Really Good And Nice ”

“My family and I were in town for graduation and we absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was wonderful!!!! Check in was very easy and quick, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good variety and nice seating area. We needed extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed and within 2 minutes of speaking with the housekeeping supervisor, we had exactly what we needed. We had an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10”

“I really enjoyed staying at your hotel. Everything was clean and top notch. Loved the oversized bath towels. I do have two suggestions. First. Maybe some larger trash cans, they were tiny and second maybe a night light in the bathroom. Having to turn on the overhead light at 2am was not good”

“The hotel itself was clean and inviting. The room was clean. The bed is super firm so I wasn't happy with it but if you like firm then you will love the bed. The toilet ran constantly and it "whistled" as it was filling back up. The lid was also loose. The kitchenette was great. The room was spacious. The breakfast was good with several items to choose from. I thought it was a little overpriced compared to other hotels.”
