“Awesome stay for Groundhog Day! Super clean, comfortable and great communication! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!”

“The room was nice and clean slept well had a new TV in it but the grounds around the area were not kept up at all. Possibly the motel went through hard times during covid it's a very big motel so I don't know if they couldn't get the help but the pool isn't usable and the none of the grounds are kept up”

“Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch. Only negative was limited silverware and a sauce pan would be nice. Overall, an enjoyable stay. No tv or internet but I used……

“Emporium is an old town so we knew ahead of time the home was going to be older. I think they did a nice job bringing it up to date considering its age. Beds were fairly comfortable. The detergent used for the comforter was a bit strong. Fridge's water/ice machine didn't seem to work but there was fresh water in the fridge for us guests. The barn door for the bathroom was a nice touch. I'd recommend a latch or small hook as it did tend to open. Otherwise, it was clean and we loved that it was……
