“We had a lovely stay at the hotel from June 7-14. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us with excellent suggestions for exploring Buffalo. We appreciated the breakfast and shuttle service, as these amenities made our travel experience more convenient.”

“The hotel had warned us that they were having renovations so we knew in advance that some areas would be affected. It was well managed. Decent fitness centre (although some equipment needs repair). As there are no changing rooms at the pool, a dressing gown in the room would have been nice. Very good dinner. Very helpful staff. ”

“Suites were extremely nice and very comfortable. Only had one clock in the entire suite, alarm clock in the bedroom. Time was wrong on it and ciuld not correct it. Also all the suites border the courtyard in the middle of the building.Very nice but when other patrons are outside your bedroom windows at midnight laughing and talking, you will hear every word they say.”

“Hotel is lovely, staff helpful. Room small, bed good pillows very soft... A little expensive. Our biggest issue was not knowing that there was no parking, so paid about $22 a night at an outside lot a block away that was hard to get to in the mess of one way streets. We ate the hotel resturant. It was OK, I got a ceaser salad with beef add on that was very tough, but the waitress took it back and the replacement chicken was good. Waitress was excellent.
