“I didn’t realize when I booked that the 3rd bedroom included an entire little apartment separated from main house. My adult son LOVED having his own space away from his sisters!Both areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained…which I LOVED! The property was even closer to the beach than I expected..so it only took us 5 min from door to water which was amazing! The only criticism I had was the hall closet door kept falling off track when opened and the pool was much smaller than……

“It’s not really fair to rate condition around the property as they are still moving massive quantities of sand due to the past hurricane. The pool is clean and our bed was nice which is most important. They closed the pool for a day to repair which always makes us mad. It’s pretty loud right now due to large trucks. However we will go back because everything will be nice when it is done. The price is fair. Funny that all the units only sleep 4 at the most. Great weather!”

“We visited FMB for an extended weekend and chose this property based on location - we had stayed on Primo Dr prior to Hurricane Ian. The property was absolutely perfect for us (2 couples) with 2 king bedrooms and direct access to pool/spa/canal. We rented a golf cart to tour the island, go to Publix, and across the bridge but otherwise we walked to restaurants and the beach. Everything was very close! The property was well-stocked and we never had to reach out to the property manager for……

“We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! Perfect view, quiet location on the island, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Cliff really thought of all the little extras and comforts of home! We were very appreciative of how well he communicates prior to, during and even after our stay! I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again in the future!”

“ The unit itself is exactly like the picture. I found the property comfortable . The beach was closed with caution tape all around it (surprise to us) The condo complex itself is in need of MANY repairs and does not appear to be tended to, 1 of the 2 elevators has been broken since Jan, The other one broke and the fire department had to be called. They did get 1 elevator back running ,the mirror in the "repaired" elevator has a broken mirror that is kept together with duck tape.Because there is……

“The Estero Beach & Tennis Club is a very nice place to stay. We have been there a total of two times. The individual unit was nice but could use a few minor improvements to give it a greater appeal. For example, a kick plate was missing under the dishwasher, the bedroom carpet was buckled on once side of the bed. They could supply two beach chairs instead of upright chairs. One of the bathroom towel bars was loose. These are minor things that would improve my rating. Also, the tennis court……

“This is the second year we have stayed in this building using this rental company. Both visits have been perfect. Simple check in, clear instructions on how everything works, great location away from the crowds. Great beach, great pool. This unit we stayed in this year was brand new. Everything was in great condition and it felt like we were the first people using the unit. All around positive trip and we will probably book something similar again next year.”
