“I enjoyed staying in this clean, attractive hotel with friendly staff. The coffee/tee maker in my room was malfunctioning and I couldn't use it to get tea. It was after hours so the complimentary set up at the entrance was gone. The desk clerk offered to get some for me from supplies downstairs. Check in and out was speedy. I would stay here again.”

You walk out and you’re right in the heart of downtown, minutes away from The Lyric or Virginia Tech. The staff were nice and friendly. I stayed three nights, and I never had an issue. “The check-in process was great, friendly staff person and provided all the information I needed for the stay. After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty.
