“Great place right on beach ”

“The hotel is located in front of the sea, the view is good, it is 10 mins drive to Helensburg downtown.”

“Brig-O-Doon is a beautiful place to stay. The staff was everything a hotel staff should be. Looking forward to returning.”

“Tarbert is such a sweet little town. The castle ruins were magical. The hotel itself - very convenient, easy parking, incredibly nice and very hardworking staff. The meals were SUPERB! The room was in good condition. The bed was a bit on the soft and saggy side. Great view though over the water. Hallways are clearly under ongoing repairs. The dinner dining area is quite nice. Breakfast area could use a refresh (especially that first booth seat). Overall, the Anchor Hotel was a great 2 night……

“Double size bed was comfy ”

“Clean comfortable stay. Nice large bed, pillows. Good size fluffy towels. Good amount of complimentary tea/coffee and replenished. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Would happily stay again and recimmend it.”

“Stayed with grandchildren in a great room. Staff extremely knowledgeable and accomodating. I did not like the breakfast dining experience. No back ground music the food was not great and you coukd hear a pin drop. No one talking at tables it felt awkward. Otherwise a great stay. I will stay again it was very pricey but location is why ”
