“We reserved two rooms both were dirty. Dirty Windows dirty showers, the bathrooms were the dirtiest there were small hairs all over the room found all over the carpet in both rooms”

“Picked the hotel due to the location for a concert near by. Walking distance to the venue. The only downside was that one of the elevator was down, so it took a while to go up or down after the concert was over and everyone was trying to get to their rooms. The following day for check out the same thing, everyone trying to leave at the same time making it a little bit of a hassle. ”

“The staff was so helpful even at 1:00 in the morning! The was clean and comfortable!”

“We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the shower door leaked and had water everywhere each time. WE had to use our towels to soak up and I almost fell because of the wet floor. I was not informed that there was a $10 per day charge for parking. That was overpriced. You parked your own car, and I am handicapped and parking was all outside. Nothing the hotel did required such a high fee. The room was great and was quiet. We were on the 5th floor……
