“The room was clean, and I mean surgical clean. I am one of those crazy people that check a room with a flashlight, and I couldn't find a speck of dust or a water spot in the bathroom. “Loved the house. Perfect location to hiking trails yet close to downtown. Super comfy home tjat was excellently maintained and very clean. Can’t wait to come back next year. ”

“We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too. When, and if, we are back in the area, we will definitely book again with Jeff!! Thank you Jeff!!! ”
