“It was difficult to check in. I'm okay going to another location to check in, but when I went there, that front desk was unattended. I had to wait a really long time for someone to show up. When they did, they were super nice, I'm guessing they are really understaffed. When i got to my room at the hotel down the street, there was no toilet paper. You kind of expect it, so it was an awkward moment when i realized there was none. Called and they said to get some at the lobby. Then called……

“Cibolo Creek is a beautiful property and very relaxing. I did not read the reviews as it came highly recommended by a friend. Visitors should know that lunch and dinner are a plated fixed menu served at large communal tables. What is to be served is not posted in advance. The food is good, but not outstanding.
