“After we unpacked our suitcases, we discover the base of the toilet was leaking. The staff upgraded our room at no additional costs. It’s the 1st Best Western we have stayed in that offers free tacos, rice & beans in the bar area from 6p-8p. The breakfast was very good & plentiful The only down side it’s right by a very busy freeway all night. ”

“It was difficult to check in. I'm okay going to another location to check in, but when I went there, that front desk was unattended. I had to wait a really long time for someone to show up. When they did, they were super nice, I'm guessing they are really understaffed. When i got to my room at the hotel down the street, there was no toilet paper. You kind of expect it, so it was an awkward moment when i realized there was none. Called and they said to get some at the lobby. Then called……

“Very comfortable beds! The breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast I've had. So many options, kept hot and clean/presentable. The hot tub was a welcome site after the day of travel. Highly recommend staying here again.”
