“The river walk is a must. You migjt be lucky and see some wildlife! The apartment was nicely set up, with everything you need and more. Great place for every season!”

“Great property for a family. Very roomy! Suggest taking extra towels and washcloths, extra toilet paper (theirs is not great) and extra basic kitchen necessities. ”

“2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. ”

“Overall it was fine. Safeway at the bottom of the hill was suprisingly good with decent prices and variety. Pool, tennis courts, etc are open 9 am to 8:50 pm. Adult hot tub, family join, and heated pool. 3 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, 1 squash court, 1 volleyball. Decent weight room setup. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a hiccup with the wifi the first day and were given a number to phone. It got better after that. ”

“Good place to land while skiing Winter Park. Difficult finding which condo as instructions were not clear. A phone call helped. Comfortable and safe. There are stairs to climb. Glad we found this place!”

“We do family ski trip every year. Our kids are adults with partners so we need a lot of space. This place was so nice and the way it's laid out gave everyone a sense of having their own space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Unlike so many of our rentals in the past, the decor here isn't stuck in "1970's hunting lodge." It's got nicely done bathrooms with an up-to-date kitchen that had room for us to cook for everyone. We have never had a rental that really made us think, "let's got……

“This home was perfect for our family. The unit appears to be new. Appliances, furniture, utensils, beds, were all in excellent condition. Parking includes two spots in the garage and on spot on the driveway. Short drive to the Winter Park resort.We would stay there again!”
