“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“The stuff made my stay amazing! The shuttle driver who they called Bishop was friendly and quickly got me to the hotel. Terrence (dining) was super friendly and gave me much needed advice about navigating the city. The breakfast was amazing! Brielle (front desk) was so patient and accommodating as I needed early check in . It was not as early as I hoped for but she did everything she could to get me as soon as she could.
