“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“Check in was easy, breakfast bar was stocked and well attended to throughout the time we were there. Clean, the sheets smelled a bit like bleach but overall a good experience. Price was high but that was due to many events in the area. ”

“Nice motel. Excellent breakfast, one of the best ever. Very nice rooms, large and well equipped. Only problem was the pool was closed for the winter. They should’ve told that on their website, good location too, and everything else was great.”
