“We loved our stay in the Turtle room! We had a last minute change in our itinerary and needed a place for only one night... But we wished we had more time at this spot! The owners are very kind and responsive. The room was very comfy and cozy. I appreciated all the shelving in the rooms and bathroom. AC worked great. And the screened in porch was really wonderful to hang out on. It's also in a great location for wandering around the village. ”

“What an amazing property. This little island (about 1 acre in size) is absolutely beautiful. The boat ride from Placencia was definitely farther than a 10 minutes....more like a 40-45 minute trip as the island is approx 20 miles in the middle of the ocean. The staff is one of a kind..... “Authentic hotel to stay at. Beautiful. Note, there is a lot of seaweed so you can’t go in the water. Well you can a little on the left hand side. There are a lot of waves. I saw a couple go to the pier and jumped in for their daily swim. Also, the price for diner or anything you purchase at hotel from spa to food or anything else, it’s US Dollars.
