“Very cute and charming. Friendly staff. I only have one complaint and that is the shower. There is no water pressure. You have to stand right under the shower head to catch the dribble of water that comes out. Other than that, great place. ”

“Wonderful place to stay and so close to everything it’s perfect! The only thing they could could better is making sure there are sheets for the pull out couch. We couldn’t fine them anywhere ”

“Very quaint, rustic property. The cottages give you a feeling of being out in a cabin but are almost in the heart of Prescott historical district . We stayed in cottage #11. The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. The kitchen was equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker, pans, and tableware. I would suggest bringing paper towels as none were……

“I absolutely love this place! So cute, comfy, quiet, and VERY clean. We brought our own groceries, coffee and spices to cook. So affordable that way. We cooked every day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was even left over containers to use for the next day. We walked to the grocery store and around the neighborhood. This is located it such a beautiful part of Prescott. The owners are very friendly and my husband and I come up a few times a month to work. We can’t wait to come back and……

“The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown.”

“We had an all around wonderful stay at this house in Prescott. The location was beautifully situated in the picturesque woods, but a very short drive into town. The kitchen was well stocked, the house roomy and clean, the beds very comfortable, and a very nice bathroom. The next time we go to Prescott we will definitely stay at this house again!”
