I want to give a special recognition to the assistant manager and manager Nick and Kyla for being able to work with me and get me a room after Expedia confirmed my reservation but the hotel never received it. I had booked months ahead of time for a 5 day trip during a busy week because of the festival and everything was booked so without their help we would have had trouble finding accommodations last minute. They worked really hard to make sure they were able……

“Rooms are small but efficient; staff are friendly and helpful; lots of shops and dining nearby; it’s a little loud from bar/ restaurant downstairs. We are on 8th floor and can still hear the band. Overall good downtown location. ”
