“My stay was for a couple of days to visit the castle and gardens, I’m a solo traveller. The staff were friendly and very helpful, my luggage was taken to my room while I was out owing to an early arrival, then I was shown to my room when I returned. The food was very good and hot when brought to the table, plus advice on wine selection, dietary requirement catered for. It was very hot during my stay and the air conditioning was great, bed was very comfortable. ”

“Grand old building , room clean and tidy , excellent night’s sleep . Breakfast good loved the timed sit down . Significant problem in that to ensure right mix of tables, all through the meal tables were being dismantled rolled out to a storage room and others replaced and set . A bit like breakfast whilst refurbishment on going .”

We climbed the beautiful staircase to our room (Room 1, Deluxe Double Room, Sea View) - we could see the North Sea from our window and right out the window was a sheep and bunny field! We love this! The breakfast options were amazing and Malcom cooked it to perfection! ”

“My partner & myself had a lovely 3 night stay at the Lindisfarne inn. Easy access from the A1 with comfortable rooms. The staff were all lovely & made you feel welcome nothing was ever too much, they all work really hard serving food to making drinks behind the bar & keeping the restaurant clean of pots & making customers feel welcome. If I were to knit pick it would be to have a little more choice on the menu for your evening meal & for the alcohol to be a little less expensive. When you eat &……
