“We had a 1 night stay. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a restaurant at the hotel where we ate breakfast. The food and serve was very good. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk and there are a few restaurants around. I would stay here again”

“Perfect for my short stay in the area. Will go back. ”

“The location is great. The unit we rented was a bit dodgy because it had not been recently rented. Lots of room, but no place for put clothes ( no chest of drawers) which was strange. Property manager is on site, a plus. Appears that many units are long term renters with their own outside furniture. ”

“This was our second time vacationing in Indian Rocks, this past trip was with more family. We had plenty of space for our group,and the condo had a decent supply of things. The unit could use more storage dishes for leftovers or some sort of containers for the kitchen. We also noticed a patio furniture issue and once we informed the property manager it was taken care of promptly. The locker had plenty of chairs and other items needed for our beach time. Beds were great, showers perfect. ……

“Excellent, clean stay. Seemed like the location was more of a relaxed neighborhood for locals other than parties and tourism. Which was perfect for us. 2 minute walk to the beach and excellent food options short walks and even shorter drives away.”

“My family spent the first part of our vacation at disney and finished the second half at this location. Everything was so easy and very well communicated. We were able to get right in upon our arrival and had no issues during our stay. The place was very clean and convenient to the beach. 3 minute walk to a very nice beach that wasnt overly busy. Haveing a washer and dryer on location was a life saver as we were able to go back home with all clean cloths. We will be staying at this place again……
