“I stayed in The Horton Grand for six nights from 8/16 till 8/22 in 2024. Unbelievably, my room (#321) did not have a refrigerator, although two staff members at the front desk (reception) claimed that every room had one. I remember several years ago before the pandemic my room did have a microwave oven and a refrigerator when I stayed in the same hotel.”

“I stayed for a week in this hotel on a business trip. The location is perfect, its close to public transport and restaurants. The staff are friendly and the room is clean. I really enjoyed my stay!”
