“I’ve wrote to the hotel three weeks before the arrival and no reply at all. When arrived, you need to call for the shuttle bus, unless other brands, this hotel shared with some other small motels and has fixed schedule that sometime doesn’t meet your schedule. When we arrive hotel finally at 22:00, the front desk didn’t show any hospitality and I was just like talking to a robot. “My stay was great. The continental breakfast didn’t have much variety for my taste but other guests seem to enjoy it. I booked 1 night originally and it was great. I had to book a second night and changed rooms, the room was nice but there was a dead roach near the bathroom. I picked it up and did not notify the front desk.”
