“Stayed overnight for a cheer competition at the Chase Center. Hotel was very clean and staff was helpful and accommodating. ”

“The food was good which I didn’t expect. Room was nice and clean. Fitness center was tiny with broken equipment, but a sign said a new one is coming. The staff was very friendly. Location on U Delaware north campus was very convenient for us.”

“I like the hotel. However, i did not like walking into my room to have the smell of Marijuana hit me. I get it is legsl now, but i don't want the smell. Other than that, it was a nice stay ”

“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. “Exceeded my expectations. I knew that breakfast would be provided each morning. But I didn't know that Jeff is a restaurant chef and his wife Linda is a CIA trained pastry chef. Jeff and Linda were so friendly and accommodating. I felt almost as if I were staying with family. After breakfast I took my 2nd cup of coffee outside to the garden where I read for awhile. There was a sun porch and plenty of outdoor space to accomodate all guests. My partner and I were in the Commander's Room. It was……
