“Staff were uniformly kind and attentive, both to myself and to my son who was traveling with me. They consistently went the extra mile to engage with guests and facilitate any needs we might have. Shane the maintenance tech went so far as to loan me a cordless drill/driver to upgrade my walking stick, and Peter at the front desk was extremely helpful and cordial. A woman in the bar/restaurant (did not catch her name) spoke with me for some time about certain special requirements our sons share,……
