“Situated in the center of Temple Bar, couldn’t be located any closer to the action. Room was smaller than liked but it is in a heritage property so it’s understandable. The staff in the hotel and Gastro Pub were all excellent. Small complaint the TV uses WiFi which at times couldn’t stay connected. Not really important if you are like me and spend most of your stay exporling the area. For safety reasons the window doesn’t open, the hvac was enough to keep the room comfortable. For those……

“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. “The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying.
