“The hardwares of the hotel are too old, and the breakfast is very simple ”

“The room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed pillows were small and square. I asked at the front desk for additional pillows and we were given 2 brand new standard size pillows. We did have a constant drip in our tub/shower. The common breakfast area in the lobby could use some new chairs as they were very worn. Overall, the stay was fine for a couple of nights.”

“加了一个喜来登在里面，感觉受骗了，还不如普通的HOLIDAY INN好。去的时候正好遇上了装修，而且早餐也不咋样。”

“Front desk staff (wish I knew her name) was super kind and sweet. She was multitasking with check-ins and phones and she smiled through it all! She handled it all!! ”

“Stay was pretty good. The problem for us was the person that checked us in didn’t give us any info on the Wi-Fi, services offered on site or help with any other normal things you might need to stay in a hotel. We didn’t know when check out was or where anything was. We were sold two queen beds on hotels.com and they were full sized beds. When I asked the staff they said it’s because we were in the hearing impaired or accessible room? Not sure why we were in that room as it’s the only room……
