“The hotel looks like it used be much livelier. It's a bit worn down and could use some updating. For example, I could not find a power outlet or USB connectors near the nightstands. The lights had a cold temperature. Warmer lights would be nicer. Some paint was chipping off of the walls. On the plus side, the room was spacious. The shower was functional and had good water pressure. Free water was provided. The mini refrigerator worked well. The free wifi was handy. The heating and cooling……

“A lovely place to stay! I missed my flight and found this hotel kinda randomly, but was surprised at the comfort I had. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. There was free coffee and other drinks available at the lobby. The room has a very large TV screen, and I feel so relaxed and relieved from stress of tight travel schedule after my one-night stay. The room also has a lot of signs explaining to you the use of facilities, and I feel much care from this. I even regret not choosing this……

“Special thanks to the manager, he is such a great person. He found out that we booked the wrong date and told us how to solve it. He also gave us a great discount to renew our stay. What a good person, excellent and very good experience. Thank him very much! So next time I will stay here again.”

“Elevator was not working properly. Got trapped in the elevator several times. Front desk gave out wrong room when I checked in. The room itself is good, clean, and bright. The environment is convenient with lots of stores nearby.”
