“The room was clean and comfortable we stayed twice within 4 days and both times the staff were excellent friendly (they remembered us) and helpful! Only drawback is you have to pay $30 for parking, you could park on the street, but lots of sketchy people on the streets of Spokane. The parking is in a secured garage so worth the peace of mind since we had all our camping gear in the car. “Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional. They made the entire stay special. The facility had been newly renovated just a few months before. Everything was beautiful and fresh. Special call-outs for: * Janine and Jon at the front desk: They were cheerful and fun to talk to. * Eric and Sherry at the Starbucks: Offered suggestion on alternatives because my wife is doing Keto. * Pablo of the maintenance staff: He greeted us with a cheerful "hello", then waved at the baby at the table……
