“Good experience for the stay. Room is clean and tidy although a bit old. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, shuttles service is not sufficient and had missed to pick us up for three times.”

“The ambiance in common areas is great. There were a few things needing attention to in my room. The shower nozzle was broken, water almost filled the tub. When I tried to use the room phone, it didn't work. I used my cell phone to call front desk to send someone before the room flooded. Repairman came running after 6 or 7 minutes went by. Very scary and nerve wracking.”
