“It was a beautiful old hotel in town (New Bedford). That gave it a lot of character integrated with the room being updated nicely with modern conveniences. I was on the 5th floor and had a great view of the city and partially of the harbor. My daughter and her husband-to-be live a couple blocks away. Because they have off street parking, I left my car there and they picked me up during my stay for Mother’s Day weekend. That was an inconvenience to work around.
