“the smallest and cramp place i ever stayed. there is hygiene issues with insect crawling inside the room. building was in thin timber structure and the shower was drippings with limited water pressure.”

“There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes). Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean”

Their love, commitment and passion for the animals and their futures was truly moving to listen to. The information talks about the animals was amazing from both the team and the keepers during our behind the scenes encounters late at night and early the next morning. “The apartment location is good but overall stay is not a really good experience. You needed great effort to find the parking bay provided. The apartment is old-fashioned and not really cleaned. Bathroom light flashed all the way and we had to turn it off. Shower is not working well and only small amounts of water could come out. Moreover, the Netflix is out of order throughout the stay!”
