“The room for an overnight stay was a family type share room with a door between both room! The upper floor can easy make noise when they walk and drag the suitcase, which I do believe no one will like it! 2nd the bathroom fan/ room A/C both make a noise! Those equipment are out of date! ”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

“We enjoyed 2 nights in the hotel and absolutely liked the design of our room. Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! “ We initially chose the Heritage Inn in Snowflake, AZ based on a Hotels.com search. It looked charming and was reasonably priced—and it more than lived up to our expectations. This is a delightful little inn where each room is uniquely decorated with its own color or theme. There is no on-site staff, but check-in is easy with a code provided, similar to many vacation rentals. Our rooms were tastefully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
