“I got double charged from expedia and the lodge, I noticed the issue, contacted expedia and they refunded me. the AC is noisy. The environment is nice, and cafeteria food is good.”
“My room was changed at my request because I couldn’t climb the stairs. We were unaware that one of our keys was missing. My daughter took a photo of our room and it shows a toothpick used and broken on the silver tray in the room . When I showed this to the clerk he was uninterested. Anyway we found the key so I was not charged the 50 dollars. A little nicer clerk would be helpful.”
