“The location is perfect for attending NAU events. The staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were good, but I have one negative about the room; the bathrooms in particular. There is no door between the toilet/shower area from the rest of the bathroom and closet areas. So if someone needs to use the toilet, nobody else can really use the room or continue to get ready. “I enjoyed the old-time feeling to this hotel in Flagstaff that is nearing 100 years old. The rooms are small but had a full bathroom. The hotel is located centrally in historic downtown Flagstaff with lots of places to eat nearby.”

“Excellent location, close to the creek and 5 minutes drive from the sliderock state park. Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, lovely lighting and buildings. Room is somewhat small especially the bathroom. But clean and comfy in general. No cell signal but wifi is super fast. ”
