“前枱的一位金髮員工態度極度差劣，在首天check-in時除不斷強調要收現金外，對話間的表情語氣彷彿很嫌棄，眼神亦十分不友善，完全不helpful。房間沒有通風系統，洗澡後整個房間很大濕氣，如要通風就得開露台門，但露台對正對面大墳場，如介意不要選這間酒店。”

“房間實在太棒了，我們被升等景觀房，房間很舒適、很大，而且景色很漂亮，如果你想要看日出的話，絕對是要選這間飯店。早餐選擇也很多，是自助式的早餐，非常美味。”

“Room Newly furnished. Clean and tidy. USB at bedside. Bathroom and shower bath excellent. However the mattress and pillow are rather flaccid. As the hotel is located at the Main Street, Rooms facing the Main Street are noisy. You must closed the doors of the balcony at night to keep away the noise. Train stations to Tasch and Gornergrat are within few minutes walking. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. ”

“Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!”

“delicious breakfast with many choices of cheese and bread, hot soup, ham etc. spacious room can see matterhorn sunrise. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. ”

“The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.”
