“These are older condos that show some wear and tear but that’s doctors the close proximity to the ocean. Sea water and salt over years. With that being said, probably one of the best stays in Hawaii we ever had. We have stayed in 4-5 star hotels and they are amazing, however for the location and parking and no resort fees, this is the place on Kauai. “Very nice property, inside and out. Close to the beach, shopping, dining. Love the aroma of flowers that is always around when sitting on the spacious outdoor deck. Fully functional kitchen. Comfy beds. We were very comfortable here!”

“Excellent location to enjoy Poipu area, easily walkable to beach ( uphill return). We needed to keep front door open to get cool breeze into apartment. Would have appreciated aircon, however did know in advance that there wasn’t any. Property is well maintained including the pool and spa. Enjoy watching turtles in the surf! Would stay again. ”

There was construction going on at the house next door so you woke up to that at 8 during the week. Not that big of a deal, minor inconvenience. Here’s the real fun.
