“Jennifer at the front desk is delightful. You will be warmly welcomed and informed of anything you need with her. Feels like a resort with many family friendly activities. Great location in Estes Park and close to RMNP. The Coffee and flavored water bar was a nice amenity. S’mores (free) by the fire at night and free taffy in the reception were fun extras that you don’t find elsewhere. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Clean towels daily were great. “員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”
